The SOE YO’s hosted a welcome reception for YOs at SOE2013 Copenhagen. The reception was attended by the SOE President Stefan Seregard who made a welcome speech congratulating the SOE YO committee for their work in continuing to reach out to other YO’s in Europe and Internationally.
