SOE President attends 56th Congress of Portuguese Ophthalmology

SOE President  Stefan Seregard was delighted to attend the   56th Congress of Portuguese Ophthalmology, held from 5-7th December 2013 in Vilamoura, Portugal, and received  a warm welcome.

Dr Seregrad met with the leadership of the Portuguese Ophthalmological Society Paolo Torres, The President of the Portuguese Society of Ophthalmology  and Manuela Carmona the SOE Board member for Portugal .

He also had the opportunity to give a talk entitled ‘United or Fragmented Ophthalmology. The Critical Role of the National Society.’
